We are looking for a Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen who takes pride in presentation, respects flavour, and works to high standards from mise en place to service, supporting the Sous Chef while maintaining cleanliness, organisation, food safety, and IHG brand standards across the section.
المسؤوليات
- Preparing daily mise en place and food production for the cold kitchen.
- Coordinating daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
- Ensuring consistent quality, correct recipes, and plating standards.
- Supervising, guiding, and training commis chefs.
- Taking an active role in buffet setups and special functions.
- Monitoring hygiene, stock rotation, and food wastage.
المؤهلات
- Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
- Fluent in English and/or local language.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
