MENA Water is looking for an Electromechanical Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and service requests. The role involves technical assistance, diagnosing issues with water treatment equipment, and performing routine maintenance.
المسؤوليات
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water treatment equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electromechanical systems
- Maintain accurate records of service activities
- Provide technical training and support to customers and junior technicians
- Manage spare parts inventory
المؤهلات
- Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water treatment industry
