Altivate is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with proven experience in selling SAP ERP Solutions (especially S/4HANA) to enterprise and mid-market clients in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate understands the Saudi business culture, has a strong network of CXOs and IT decision-makers, and thrives in solution-based selling environments.

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing SAP deals
  • Build, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on SAP S/4HANA and related offerings
  • Develop territory plans, account strategies, and forecasts aligned with the Saudi market
  • Engage with C-level executives to understand client pain points and propose tailored SAP solutions
  • Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, marketing, and SAP ecosystem partners
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and SAP partner forums
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 2+ years selling SAP solutions
  • Strong experience in selling to Saudi clients across public sector, manufacturing, retail, or financial services
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud migration conversations
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
