We are seeking an experienced HR Software Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software solutions to support human resources functions such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee records, and more.

  • Requirement Gathering: Work with HR stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and software needs
  • System Configuration: Configure and implement HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) according to business needs
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with ERP, payroll, and finance systems
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing of software configuration to meet functional and technical requirements
  • Training: Provide training and support to HR users; develop user guides
  • Change Management: Assist with the adoption of the software within HR teams
  • Process Improvement: Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation
