The MEP Manager oversees the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across civil and architectural construction projects. You will ensure systems meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations while working with designers, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop MEP execution plans, scope, and budget.
- Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Lead and manage MEP teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to avoid technical clashes.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs related to MEP scopes.
- Maintain detailed construction and commissioning schedules.
- Ensure proper installation and testing of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Implement quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Oversee coordination with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards.
- Mitigate risks related to design and installation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
- Support handover activities and closure of snags.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience with 2-3 years in a leadership or in a senior MEP role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and standards (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of sustainable building systems is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex project scopes under pressure.
