Supports the Food & Beverage Manager in managing all F&B operations at Mövenpick Resort Aswan, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
المسؤوليات
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of F&B outlets
- Supervise, train, and develop the F&B team
- Monitor service standards and handle guest feedback
- Assist in controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations
- Participate in menu planning and promotions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations
- Previous supervisory or Assistant F&B Manager experience
- Good command of English spoken and written
