We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our prestigious fine dining restaurant team in Qatar.
المسؤوليات
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
- Maintain portion control and consistent presentation
- Follow recipes accurately
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Support in stock control and minimizing wastage
- Adhere to food safety and health & safety regulations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in fine dining
- Formal culinary training preferred
