Member & Partnerships Manager (Part-Time)

We’re hiring a Member & Partnerships Manager to own two critical growth pillars: Membership value, retention, and expansion, and Partnerships with aligned experts and brands. Ownership of the membership experience is the core.
المسؤوليات
- Own the member experience end-to-end: onboarding, engagement, retention
- Design and execute initiatives that increase member lifetime value
- Analyze churn reasons and member feedback
- Identify, recruit, and onboard aligned experts and instructors
- Maintain lightweight systems and documentation
المؤهلات
- 3-5 years experience in membership platforms, creator economy, or public relations
- Experience with community-led growth
- Interest in spirituality, astrology, wellness
- Excellent writer and communicator
