Customer Service Assistant - Native French or bilingual French & English

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated CS Assistant to join our ever growing team. The role will be responsible for providing friendly and professional support to customers, handling product inquiries, order management, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
المسؤوليات
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general support
- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring a smooth experience from order to delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and other departments to coordinate customer orders
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards
- Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention
المؤهلات
- Native French or bilingual French & English speaking
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or MedTech environment, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
