Electrical Supervisor (Roads O&M)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Roads Operations and Maintenance team in Doha, Qatar. You will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of road infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate work schedules
- Prepare and maintain documentation including work orders and system diagrams
- Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment
المؤهلات
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in roads operations and maintenance
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in electrical work
