HR Payroll & Total Rewards Executive

Join us as an HR Payroll & Total Rewards Executive and take an active role in shaping and optimizing our HR processes while ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations.
المسؤوليات
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations for white- and blue-collar employees
- Prepare required HR and payroll reports
- Work closely with the Region on Total Rewards–related topics
- Act as a key point of contact between HR Operations and business units
- Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and pay elements
- Ensure full compliance with Labor Law, SGK, and İŞKUR regulations
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Around 5 years of solid experience in payroll, total rewards and HR operations
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English
