Ticketing & Travel Specialist (Saudi Nationals)

Fursan Travel is seeking a Ticketing & Travel Specialist to handle air ticketing and itinerary fulfillment using GDS systems. The role also includes hotel and non-air services booking and professional client communication.
المسؤوليات
- Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus
- Ensure accuracy in fare calculations and route planning
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent bookings
- Reserve hotel accommodations through B2B platforms
- Coordinate car rentals, transfers, and rail services
- Respond to client requests via email or phone
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Visa, MICE)
المؤهلات
- 1–3 years in corporate travel operations or business travel ticketing
- Experience in GDS ticketing and non-air travel components
