Lead process optimization efforts using continuous improvement tools, address root causes of production issues, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance at the Henkel Ankara Plant.
المسؤوليات
- Carry out production according to standards
- Conduct process optimization using continuous improvement tools
- Solve process issues through root cause analysis
- Plan autonomous maintenance programs
- Support operator training
المؤهلات
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production field
- Good command of English language
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean and/or TPM
