The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw sales and activation data into meaningful insights that enhance retail performance and operational decision-making. This role involves developing interactive dashboards, conducting performance analyses, and collaborating closely with multiple departments to support data-driven strategies across all retail channels.
المسؤوليات
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor retail performance.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data related to activations, sales, revenue, and commission achievements across retail outlets.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide deep insights into store, advisor, and regional performance to support management in decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to align data and reporting processes with overall business goals.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within telecom or retail operations.
