TalentAlly is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to answer member and provider inquiries regarding Medicaid product information, claims, and eligibility. This role operates in a call center environment to resolve health and billing issues while providing compassioniate service.

المؤهلات
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year customer service experience
