Senior Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Specialist

Desert Sun Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in off-plan developments from leading UAE developers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced off-plan sales professionals who can contribute immediately and consistently deliver results. This position is strictly for candidates with UAE off-plan real estate experience.
المسؤوليات
- Promote and sell off-plan projects from top-tier Dubai developers
- Manage qualified leads and independently handle the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and end users
- Provide professional advisory on ROI, payment plans, market trends, and investment strategies
- Attend developer launches, property events, and client meetings
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
المؤهلات
- Minimum 6 months of proven off-plan real estate experience in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and off-plan sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage clients professionally
- Currently based in the UAE
- Off Plan Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
