Sales Coach (Hands-On | Deal Closure Experience Required)

Persian Horizon is looking for a Sales Coach to train and elevate our sales team across the full sales cycle—from lead prequalification to confident deal closure. This role is for someone who has personally closed deals, understands real sales pressure, and can translate experience into practical, repeatable sales execution.
المسؤوليات
- Train sales teams on the end-to-end sales process
- Lead prequalification, discovery and needs analysis
- Objection handling, negotiation and closing
- Observe live calls, meetings, and deal handling to identify gaps
- Provide practical coaching, scripts, frameworks, and live feedback
- Work directly with closers to improve conversion rates, deal confidence, and velocity
- Support management in tightening sales discipline and standards
- Help build a consistent, repeatable sales methodology based on real-world execution
المؤهلات
- Proven background in direct sales, business development, or investment sales
- Hands-on closing experience (mandatory)
- Experience coaching or leading sales teams in a performance environment
- Strong understanding of qualification frameworks, negotiation dynamics, and deal psychology
