We are seeking a results-driven Insurance Broker who excels at building long-term client relationships and delivering strategic insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with key accounts to maximize revenue, improve client retention, and align coverage strategies with evolving business needs.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients to drive sustainable growth and long-term retention
- Serve as a consultative advisor by assessing client needs, analyzing risk data, and recommending tailored insurance solutions
- Create and execute account strategies that identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product presentations
- Act as the primary client advocate and liaison between customers and internal product, underwriting, and service teams
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and progress updates against revenue goals
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products to proactively advise clients
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, consulting, or a related advisory role
- Strong understanding of insurance products, risk analysis, and client relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
