The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring effective financial governance, risk management, and capital execution.

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for capital execution
- Lead all financial planning and analysis processes
- Assess and manage financial risks associated with large-scale initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards
- Advise the executive team on financial implications of strategic decisions
- Cultivate relationships with investors and financial institutions

المؤهلات
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and management of large capital budgets
- Strong background in infrastructure or construction industries
