Gritter Francona is looking for a Principle Agilist to lead SAFe transformation initiatives within the VHA Office of Clinical Informatics. The role oversees the adoption of Lean-Agile principles across portfolios and value streams to improve data, tools, and clinical practice solutions.

- Lead and oversee SAFe transformation initiatives across the enterprise
- Define and continuously evolve the SAFe transformation roadmap
- Mentor SPCs, RTEs, and Agile Coaches
- Coach senior leaders on Lean-Agile leadership behaviors
- Establish enterprise standards and governance for agility
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
- Minimum 20 years of experience developing IT solutions
- Minimum 10 years experience leading SAFe transformations
