PreSales & Inside Sales Team Lead (Fintech)

A hands-on leadership role driving regional revenue growth by owning inbound lead management, outbound pipeline building, and presales support for a fintech client. You will lead and mentor an inside sales team.
المسؤوليات
- Lead generation and client outreach across the assigned region
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to sales/technical owners
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution overviews
- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team
- Track leads and presales activity with CRM discipline
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reporting
المؤهلات
- 4–7 years in presales, inside sales, or sales support (fintech strongly preferred)
- 2+ years in tech sales / sales / customer service in finance, fintech, or crypto is a plus
