We are seeking a motivated Resale Property Consultant with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in listing and selling residential properties, with a strong focus on the secondary (resale) market.
المسؤوليات
- Source, list, and market residential properties
- Manage property listings across portals and CRM
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Advise clients on pricing and market trends
- Coordinate with conveyancers and developers for closings
المؤهلات
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate
- Proven experience in listing and selling properties
- Experience in the Dubai secondary (resale) market is preferred
