Leading Iraqi law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join the Corporate Structuring Department in Baghdad. The role involves advising on complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
المسؤوليات
- Draft contracts, legal opinions, and memoranda in Arabic and English
- Daily attendance to the Registrar of Companies Department
- Advise international clients and handle cross-border corporate structuring
- Align legal advice with strategic business objectives
المؤهلات
- At least 2-4 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong background in company structuring and corporate governance
- Deep knowledge of the Companies Law of Iraq
- Fluency in Arabic is required; Strong English is a major advantage
- Licensed and in good standing with the Iraqi Bar Association
