POWR is looking for a Chief People & Performance Officer to architect the human system behind our ambition. This role is about building the operating system of people, not administrative HR.

- Design and lead end-to-end recruitment strategy
- Build company-wide performance framework
- Define and codify behavioral expectations and culture rituals
- Design clear career ladders and succession planning
- Coach leaders on accountability and output
المؤهلات
- 10+ years in HR, Talent, or Organizational Leadership
- Experience in high-growth, performance-driven environments
