Alomar Holding Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the group’s overall strategy, performance, and governance across its portfolio of subsidiaries. The CEO will drive sustainable growth, strengthen operational excellence, ensure alignment across companies, and deliver clear results for shareholders and the Board.

- Lead the group strategy and convert it into executable plans
- Oversee portfolio performance: profitability, cash flow, and growth targets
- Establish strong governance policies and reporting cadence
- Drive synergy between subsidiaries
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure proper risk management and compliance
- Build and lead the executive leadership team
- Represent the group externally with key stakeholders
- Evaluate investments and acquisitions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA/Executive education preferred)
- 12+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles (CEO/COO/GM)
- Strong track record of delivering growth and profitability
- Experience with governance and board reporting
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, P&L, cash flow)
