The Business Development Executive will be the primary driver for expanding the consortium’s footprint across the Middle East. You will bridge the gap between international healthcare standards and local market needs, focusing on high-value networking, strategic marketing, and data-driven revenue projections.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within Dubai’s healthcare ecosystem
- Act as the face of the international consortium at industry events
- Negotiate and close high-level partnership agreements
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis of the Dubai wellness market
- Design localized, culturally sensitive B2B collateral
- Organize and facilitate medical roundtables and wellness workshops
- Develop and maintain detailed revenue models for new services
- Track and report on lead conversion rates, CAC, and LTV
- Use CRM tools to provide weekly updates on the sales funnel
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Marketing (MBA or MHA preferred)
- 1–5 years in Business Development within the UAE healthcare sector
