Venture Development/ Entrepreneur in Residence- Remote Europe (f/m/d)

Otera is seeking a Venture Development Associate/EiR to own early-stage enterprise interest and develop it into sales-ready opportunities. You will build core processes for the BDR function and manage multi-stakeholder relationships to progress accounts.
المسؤوليات
- Take ownership of early-stage demand and inbound leads
- Build core processes and qualification frameworks for the BDR function
- Qualify accounts to EIS standards
- Map and engage multi-stakeholder buying groups (5–15+ personas)
- Design and run multi-channel engagement motions
- Lead early discovery conversations and hand over validated opportunities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B business development, consulting, or startups
- Fluent in English
- Structured and process-driven mindset
