Social Media Manager & Creator

We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Creator to own FLiiP's organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and more. Your job is to turn FLiiP into a recognizable, trusted brand in the fitness business space and grow a real audience of gym owners and operators.
المسؤوليات
- Manage day-to-day publishing and performance across all social channels
- Build and run the social content calendar
- Script, shoot, or direct short-form videos
- Repurpose existing assets into platform-native content
- Engage with gym owners, operators, partners, and influencers
- Track channel performance using native analytics
المؤهلات
- 3-5 years of experience managing and creating content for social media
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Facebook
- Strong hands-on skills in short-form video creation
- Experience using social media scheduling and management tools
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation and content creation
- Strong written and spoken English
