What You Will Do: Partner with customer project teams to support software. Support Knowledge Management team by defining documentation materials. Analyze and document system workflows to assist in project scope. Analyze customer requirements against application functionality and propose solutions. Drive customer success and become a subject matter expert. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associates Degree. 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Software Implementation. Knowledge of software development and implementation practices preferred. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Organized with attention to detail. Associate level pay starts at $55,200 annually.
