This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth and partner success across a defined industry portfolio within a high-growth, data-driven environment. As Senior Director, Industry Lead, you will lead and develop a team of sales and account professionals while owning strategy, execution, and performance against ambitious growth targets.

  • Own industry-level acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and account professionals
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting accuracy
  • Build and maintain trusted senior-level partner relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, and operations
  • Translate executive strategy into actionable goals and account plans
  • Champion the adoption of new tools and AI-enabled workflows

المؤهلات

  • 8+ years of experience in new business development and account management in digital media or advertising
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of media performance metrics and advertising KPIs
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for sales productivity
