Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is accountable for managing the daily store activities from administrative and operational to offering the best customer experience. S/He manages the team towards driving sales, optimizing stock performance and ensuring a proper level of training and knowledge in the store.
المسؤوليات
- Define, develop and implement the store operational plan
- Establish sales budgets and targets and ensure individual and store targets are met
- Apply the Apple planogram
- Lead and manage daily store operational activities
- Follow up on the appearance and maintenance of the store and staff
- Ensure proper storage, tracking and control of inventory
- Optimize floor coverage and prepare schedules
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and back office
- Ensure cash management policy and procedures are implemented
- Attend to customer complaints and operational problems
- Prepare and issue periodic reports on store performance
- Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
- Conduct regular performance reviews and oversee development plans
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
