GTB Business Analyst - GTB

Source required data and develop performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to understand and improve business performance and decision making. Analyze corporate services/products and identify areas for improvement.
المسؤوليات
- Develop performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Analyze performance of corporate services and identify improvement areas
- Track and analyze SLAs in digital channels, TAT, and NPS
- Develop and maintain Dashboards and reports
- Conduct Workload and Capacity Planning forecasting
- Evaluate service workflow and implement automation where applicable
- Collaborate with GTB Trade, Cash Management, and Digital Implementation teams
- Ensure compliance with Bank’s Policies & procedures
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Finance
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience in Relationship Banking, Customer Services, Branches and/or GTB business functions
