المسؤوليات
- Conduct thorough FTO analyses and patent landscape reviews
- Identify, assess, and quantify IP risks associated with New Drug Applications (NDAs) and SFDA submissions
- Draft formal FTO opinions and manage documentation
- Develop strategies to challenge weak or invalid patents through opposition procedures
- Ensure all KSA product registrations are complete from an IP perspective
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in an IP role
