This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.
المسؤوليات
- Provides expert input during design reviews, value engineering sessions, and constructability assessments for stadium-specific landscape elements
- Develops innovative outdoor spatial concepts that align with client goals, budget constraints, and visual aspirations
- Integrates landscape planning with operational needs, ensuring effective crowd flow and security
- Leads comprehensive design management, overseeing schedules, interdisciplinary coordination, and budget control
- Supervises design execution, specifying materials, vegetation, and structural components
- Aligns landscape documentation with EPMO governance and reporting structures
- Maintains proactive client engagement and resolves challenges throughout the design process
- Collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and contractors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture
- Over 20 years of experience in Programme, Project, or Design Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of stadium, sports, or large public venue projects
- Professional accreditation in landscape or related disciplines
