Workshop Foreman - EV

Supervise EV maintenance and repair teams to ensure productivity and quality. Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, resources, and task assignments. Ensure quality control, vehicle safety, and compliance with standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions. Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance. Promote teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Support EV maintenance strategies in collaboration with Depot Engineer – EV.
