Order Fulfillment Planner

The Order Fulfilment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, from initiation to successful delivery. This role involves monitoring the order fulfillment process, identifying delays, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and prevent delays for improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
المسؤوليات
- Facilitate scheduling of orders and resolve issues on the order
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders will ship per promise date
- Manages the Promise Date in Oracle for revenue forecasting
- Track and report concern and/or cause of order processing delays
- Identify and analyze delays in the order processing workflow
- Notify Sales teams daily of any issues in meeting customer expectations
- Review order status and pick orders timely
- Ensure orders are invoiced timely and accurately
المؤهلات
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English (oral & written)
