The Operations Specialist is responsible for developing concepts of operations, procedures, and training plans for Air Traffic Services (ATS), as well as identifying operational requirements for CNS systems. Additionally, the role requires developing training plans for Air Traffic Controllers on CNS systems, developing transition and commissioning plans for CNS systems, and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in CNS systems projects.

- Identifying suitable CNS/ATM solutions in collaboration with technical teams
- Assessing client/stakeholders needs and operational requirements related to CNS/ATM systems
- Design and develop comprehensive concepts of operations
- Analyze client/stakeholders’ requirements and regulatory guidelines to develop ATS procedures
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for air traffic service personnel
- Develop training materials and manuals
- Develop and create training programs focusing on the operation of CNS/ATM systems
- Develop a comprehensive transition/commissioning plan
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in CNS/ATM systems projects
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the aviation or technological solutions sectors
