Country Manager/GM - Saudi National

The Saudi Country Manager/GM will have full P&L ownership and overall responsibility for building, leading, and scaling the company’s IT and cybersecurity business in the Kingdom, while driving strategic channel and vendor relationships. This role requires high hands-on leadership skills with strong personal sales capability, able to directly develop large accounts, close strategic deals, and grow enterprise and government relationships while establishing a high performing local organization.

- Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy
- Lead and direct the KSA team for results in Sales and Services
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Personally lead and close large, complex, and strategic deals
- Manage key vendor relationships and expand the reseller/integrator partner network
- Ensure strong pipeline development and conversion
- Oversee business operations and ensure compliance with country regulations
- Develop and execute a Saudization and localization strategy
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or BSC in IT, SW Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity Sales & Management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or country management role
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and ICT trends, vendors, and technologies
- Strong understanding of channel sales and value-added distribution
