Joining Deloitte's legal team to lead compliance with Data Privacy regulations (KVKK and GDPR) and assist on legal matters related to audit services and banking regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Lead company compliance with Data Privacy regulations
- Provide legal assistance on legislation regarding audit services and Banking Regulation
- Review and negotiate complex contracts regarding procurement and sales
- Draft legal memorandums and provide legal advice to business units
- Provide trainings on data protection law and contract review policies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- At least 5 years of experience in an international company or a reputable law firm
- Strong knowledge of Data Protection Law (KVKK and GDPR), Digital Law, and Technology Law
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
