Senior Consultant (Healthcare ITWx)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Health IT team at Oracle. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), and other healthcare professionals to design, develop, and implement innovative clinical software solutions, including Oracle Health Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. You will play a pivotal role in integrating evidence-based medical practices and optimizing clinical workflows into the design of customized applications that improve patient care and operational efficiency. The role requires 100% presence at the client site in Dubai.
المسؤوليات
- Partner with physicians and CMOs to gather requirements for EHR systems
- Lead the design of user-centered software interfaces that enhance clinical workflows
- Analyze current clinical workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
- Ensure software designs comply with healthcare industry standards (HIPAA, HITECH)
- Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Health IT, clinical software design, or a similar role
- Proven experience working with EHR systems and designing clinical workflows
