The First Group is seeking an Independent Agent to identify and introduce qualified investors to Dubai hotel investment projects. This role supports relationship building with no operational or closing responsibility required.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and Introduce qualified and interested investors to The First Group’s Dubai hotel investment projects
- Coordinate with our Dubai based sales team for presentations, follow ups, and closings
- Support relationship building
المؤهلات
- Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Marketing principles, Customer Engagement, and Presentation techniques
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking skills
- Knowledge of the Real estate hospitality industry or luxury property market is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
