Human Resources Manager

AEON Abaya is a fast-growing fashion and retail startup looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can work in a dynamic startup environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing HR operations from the ground up, including hiring, contracts, policies, performance management, and discipline.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, production, and retail roles
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, probation, renewals, and terminations
- Implement attendance, leave, and disciplinary systems
- Define job descriptions and KPIs for roles in coordination with management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
المؤهلات
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in startups, retail, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operations
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work on-site and under pressure
