Estimator- Door Hardware

Support the technical sales process by working closely with the sales team. Prepare estimates and quotations for door hardware in accordance with architectural floor plans and Civil Defence requirements for fire-rated doors. Prepare door hardware schedules and technical specifications for consultants.

- Develop and maintain master key schedules
- Prepare project documentation including BOQs and material submittals
- Perform risk assessment and cost control
- Coordinate with architects and project coordinators
