Inventory controller

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of finished dairy products including milk, juices, and chilled items in the warehouse. Ensures proper stock management, FIFO compliance, inventory reconciliation, and coordination with production, procurement, dispatch, and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels while supporting warehouse operations and reporting requirements. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. Supervise warehouse staff. Implement warehouse SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety requirements. Prepare inventory reports.

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all dairy products
- Ensure strict FIFO compliance
- Perform daily cycle counts and full physical stock counts
- Reconcile system stock with physical stock
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and procurement
- Supervise warehouse staff and train on safety/hygiene procedures
- Implement warehouse SOPs and ensure food safety compliance
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG warehouse operations
