Triwill Group is a global leader in supplying premium UV Coatings, Varnishes, Inks, and Consumables for the printing and packaging industry. Operating in over 39 countries across 5 continents, Triwill collaborates with renowned FMCG brands worldwide. The company offers a diverse portfolio of high-quality, cost-efficient products, including UV and Waterbased coatings, specialized inks, pressroom chemicals, and solvents. This is a full-time remote Operations role. The role involves overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities, managing projects, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless communication within teams and with clients. The Operations team member will also analyze processes to enhance efficiency, support sales operations, and align strategies with organizational goals.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
- Familiarity with the printing and packaging industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setup
