We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source blue collar recruitment from India, Nepal etc and white collar recruitment in UAE
- Source candidates using job portals and recruitment consultancies
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years experience in Construction Industry/ Manpower Supply Industry
- 2 years experience in Recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws
