Develop and manage renovation and rehabilitation program strategies, schedules, and budgets. Oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects from concept through completion.

- Oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and quality standards.
- Review and approve project plans, contracts, and payment applications.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or capital project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale renovation projects.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
