As a Fashion Consultant, you will achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support CRM and marketing initiatives while maintaining visual merchandising standards and providing product feedback.
المسؤوليات
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Collect data on customer behaviour and top sellers
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
- Provide pre-buying feedback on products
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs
- Ensure customer data is properly captured
- Promote loyalty program (MUSE)
- Support in-store marketing events and activations
المؤهلات
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong Arabic or Russian communication skills
- Experience in luxury retail
- CRM experience
