Managing Director - Finance & Operations (Riyadh, KSA)

FileCloud is looking for a Managing Director – Finance & Operations in Riyadh who will bring 10+ years of progressive financial and personnel management experience. The role works closely with Corporate Finance and Global People Operations.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the senior finance lead for Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain oversight of general ledger and financial records.
- Lead annual budgeting and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA tax filings and VAT.
- Oversee procurement and vendor payments.
- Provide senior oversight of HR administration in partnership with Global People Ops.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA).
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, and WHT regimes in KSA.
