Hazmat Compliance Advisor

The Hazardous Compliance Advisor is responsible for executing Weatherford’s global HazMat strategy to prevent and mitigate risks to safety, health, and the environment within the assigned facility and country of operation. The role supports, advises, and monitors compliance with global standards related to Radiation, Explosives, and Primary Lithium Battery Protection Programs.
المسؤوليات
- Support the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) in maintaining all facility-specific licenses.
- Ensure radioactive material (RAM) source files are available and maintained.
- Conduct facility-level HazMat audits covering all applicable hazardous materials.
- Ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis for all HazMat-related incidents.
- Act as the facility focal point for international imports and exports of hazardous materials.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in the oil and gas industry.
- MOH-approved Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) is required.
